Alex welcomed us warmly with nice cold cava and guided us to the well organized class. The paella receipe they shared was my kind of one… not mushy and wet. Three versions of flavors made the conversationan at the table more fun and enjoyable. Wish they could utilize participants for other cooking such as gaspacho and others… well done!

What an enjoyable evening. It is hard to know if we had a better time cooking, socializing with people from around the world, or eating the wonderful food. One of us had a seafood allergy and another was vegetarian. The class was easily able to accommodate both needs. This class is well worth the time and effort.

We loved the paella class! It was such a fun and interactive cultural experience. I would 100% this to anyone traveling to Barcelona.

Started with a shopping trip at la Boqueria. Mind blowing food. So fresh and plentiful. Then off to prepare and cook the gems we purchased. The chef was very knowledgeable and patient. Everyone had a job and got an opportunity to participate. Then we all shared the meal that we prepared. So delicious. WOW!!

We had a great time, first being guided around the Mercado de La Boqueria, then being guided through cooking and tasting a wide variety of Spanish tapas, and finally sitting down to an excellent paella dinner. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning about Spanish cuisine.

Therese was knowledgeable about the food of Spain so we l learned a lot! We had SUCH a good time cooking and learning and eating and drinking! The trip through the market was also a highlight!

We were a group of 8 including two boys ages 5 and 7. This experience couldn't have been better for us. The wine and beer were flowing the entire time. We learned a lot about the way they cook in Spain while being entertained the entire time. HIGHLY recommend.

This was a great experience and much more than just a cooking class. From the start, they emphasized the experience of cooking together and sharing food (and a lot of wine). Excellent instructors and with their guidance we produced and shared an amazing meal.

Such a genuinely fun and rewarding experience, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about Paella, and have a great time while doing so!
