I can only tell you that this tour was the highlight of my 8 year old daughter. The guide was very friendly, and prompt to help us with driving the segway. I would do it again. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience with Luisini. Very patient and knowledgeable. It was my our first time trying Segway and thoroughly enjoyed it. Covered a lot of area and went to places I wouldn’t even think to see. Would definitely recommend spending 3 hours on this adventure!

This tour was so fun! It was pouring rain and chilly but the guide was excellent. I enjoyed every minute.

Unfortunately we don't have our guides name but he was excellent. Was very informative and ensured that we were safe. He pointed out a lot of interesting facts.

We quickly adapted to riding the Segways with Miguel's excellent guidance. Safely weaving through people and traffic, we thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Madrid!

This was a very good tour. Madrid by Segway is alway Very nice. It has excellent places to visit. Xavier is a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. I fully recommend it.

Segway tours are the best and funnest way to see a city. We had 2 Segway tours we had in Madrid and will definitly be back for more.

This was my first time riding a Segway, which was fun. They give you a few minutes to get used to it before starting the tour. Our tour guide provided limited information about the places we stopped and it was not very easy to understand his English. In fairness, I was more focused on making sure I didn't run into anything or anyone than enjoying the different areas we stopped to view.

We are a family of 5. After a long and tiring flight, we decided to rest in the city of Madrid for a day, and made the decision to take a segway tour as well. Despite the fact that this was our first tour on segways, we loved it! The staff are very friendly, polite, and informative (especially the guide), and they set a very relaxing atmosphere to tour the wonderful city. I would recommend this tour to everyone, and will make sure to come back!

Our guide was very knowledge and shared so much of Madrid with us. My fiancé and I were the only ones on the tour, so we had the best time ever. Our guide ensured we were comfortable with the Segways and off we went!! We didn't feel rushed on the tour and we were able to enjoy the variety of tourist attractions across Madrid. It was great navigating through the city streets and zipping along without wearing out the feet!! Highly recommended to all travellers.
